The woman at the front desk when I was checking in was so nice, helpful and happy. I think her name was Sylvia? She was very thorough in her information about breakfast, how to get to the room etc. I love the fresh flowers at the front desk that were given to them by a repeat customer. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was awesome to have a full real hot breakfast again! The breakfast staff were nice as well.

We love that they were pet friendly. It is so nice since we were traveling with our 2 GSP's. The staff welcomed them with a couple of dog treats. The hotel also had a very good breakfast in the morning for their guests. There was also a small litle bar connected to the hotel. Then right next door was Roosters restaurant so you did not have to travel too far for a full meal. The room was good and clean with no issues.

The room was clean. Loved that there was a tub in the bathroom! The breakfast was surprising with eggs, sausage, biscuits, hash browns, waffles, sweet rolls, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, etc! (Other hotels boast a hot breakfast, but have only a waffle maker.) The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly. Was glad they had a smoking section. I know people hate smelling tobacco. But us smokers are good people also. So it's nice to have a hotel that accommodates smokers. We are people that matter just as much as non smokers. Thank you Quality inn for being courteous to US!

The staff were great to work with. Even though there is a bar and there was a reception going on the way the building was laid out I didn't have to deal with or hear any of it. I was able to get some rest.
